The SE Series rotating wing level sensor has a simple principle of operation. one the device is always positioned through a wall (barrels, tanks …) at the top, middle or low. During normal operation (no material detected) a co-speed motor that rotates at a speed of 1 rpm. when the rotating wing is hindered by the material in the surrounding, the motor will slow down and cause change the status of the Micro Switch (specify a warning or control)
Principles of operation
The purpose of The rotating wing level switch is to detect the presence of solid material/ granules/particles/ dust in most types of tanks, tanks, containers. In the past normal operation process, (no material appears) a co-speed motor rotate the wings at a speed of 1 rpm. When this rotating wing is hindered by turning on around the rotating wing, the engine will stop and cause a state change of the switch, give a warning or control signal.
