Principles of operation
Switches Finetek vibration probe level signals are highly flexible and can be used for most applications that detect the level of solids of goods. It includes detect levels of most environments such as granules, sand, shell mites, food, dust granules. The principle of its operation is based on a change in the vibration frequency of the sample bar pair when it comes into contact with liquids or solids. Vibration probe consisting of crystals the voltage creates a vibration tube that causes vibration/ resonance at the characteristic frequency. one section acts as a signal server and a signal that receives the signal and convert it to power output. When the vibration probe comes into contact with the vibration material diminished or lost and as a result a change in frequency that causes trigger the switch. It is ideal for applications at: low power constant (where the switches signal the capacity level is not usable); when the material has moisture, low-sticky liquid (paste), there is a combination of non- hom consensus in the tank/tank. Vibration probe provides a control process reliability and no calibration required for solid goods. Easy installation at most the corners and basic correction process will provide reliable and most monitoring requirements. This device can withstand durability and static electricity. moreover it eliminates the adhesion between the two sides of the sample bar. It is equipped with the function of fail-safe function that prevents malfunctions caused by the source from being cut.
