Oil & chemicals tanker alarm equipment, are safety equipment for the process of cargo. (The international name is often referred to as “Cargo monitoring system“). These devices can be integrated together or separated individually.
Oil and chemical tanker alarm equipment includes:
High-level and overfill alarm system (usually call level 95; 98% of cargo hold). Anti-spill function when down the line.
Equipment for directives and pressure alarms of cargo. The function of over-pressureing the cargo when there is a P/V valve problem. Anti-deformation of the cargo cellar
Cargo pump temperature alarm device, support drive, wall-piercing shaft. Protect the pump when overheating.
Pump outlet pressure alarm system. Protect the pump when clogging the tube, manipulate the wrong valve.
Combustible gas detection equipment (Hydrocarbon) pump room. Early detection of gasoline leaks, protection of pumping room equipment.
There are also continuous basement level measuring equipment, cargo hold temperature monitoring equipment for closed loading. And ODME oil discharge control equipment prevents pollution of the marine environment.
