Gas detection equipment
Gas detection equipment includes portable gas detectors, fixed gas detectors, calibration gas cylinder and related services. TES Industry’s gas measuring equipment serves the field of safety, rescue, air inspection in the working space. Of which: Portable gas detector: Single gas measurement, multi-gas detector and vocs organic gas measurement (TVOC) Fixed gas detector include many different types such as: Explosion proof type, local display, oil variety: Relay, Analog, RS485, HART … Standard gas cylinder and cylinder valve for calibration work, Bump test. Single-gas detector is a gas detector used for detect combustible gas measurement, O2 gas measurement, toxic gas measurement and organic gas measurement. Common gases that can be detected are: H2S, CO, O2, NH3, CL2, CLO2, HCN, NO, NO2, PH3, SO2, VOC, LEL … In terms of configuration, single-gas measurement lines are divided into 2 types. Cheap type; CO; H2S; O2 options are only possible. Or high configuration type; NH3; CL2; PH3; LEL; OV measurement options… Note: Most single-gas detector do not integrate suction pumps for remote measurement. Therefore, when it is necessary to measure single gas in Confined spaces. Users can choose a multi-gas detector and then configure the measurement of only 1 gas.
Multi-gas detector is a equipment that detects from 2 to 7 gases depending on the configuration. TES Industry categorises into several groups as follows: 2-gas detectors: Limited by application and market demand, so few manufacturers of this type. The example model is MSA Altair 2X, which can measure CO/H2S or CO/NO2 or O2/H2S. 4-gas detector: This is the most common line, usually measuring 4 gases: Explosive (LEL or Ex)/O2/CO/H2S, common application for confined space. 5-gas detector: Although measuring 5 gases, it is limited in configuration. The detector has 4 sensors mounting positions. Of which 3 are equipped with LEL sensors; IR (or PID); O2 is unchangeable, only 1 position is installed with a toxic gas sensor. The typical model is GasAlertMicro 5. 6-7 gas detector: These are high-end, highly customizable detector. Interchangeable sensor mounting positions. The sensor just needs to be plugged in to run (Plug and Play). When it comes to multi-gas detector, customers often talk about measuring 4~6 gases as above.
VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) gas detector
What is a VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) gas detector? Gas detector use PID sensor to detect and measure the concentration of volatile organic gases. The most popular applications in Vietnam are factories producing electronic components or leather shoes. VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) gas detector can be classified into 3 types: PID Single Gas detector: This equipment can measure Volatile Organic Compound by diffusion method (the detector is not integrated suction pump). They are manufactured exclusively for VOC measurement with high accuracy and resolution (at the level of the billionth part). Electronics and leather shoes often use this type. Fixed Gas detector / Fire detector
Fixed Gas detector / Fire detector at a location such as chemical warehouses, battery feed rooms, oil tanker pump room, drilling rigs, refineries or any area at risk of leakage of toxic gases or explosive gases. Calibration gas cylinder
Calibration gas cylinder (also known as Standard Gas Cylinder / Laboratory Gas Bottles or Standard Gas Bottles) are special industrial gas products used for gas detector calibration or fixed gas test head calibration. As recommended by manufacturers, gas detector should be calibration at least once every 6 months and should be bump tested before each day of use. Magnetic float level sensor
Magnetic float level sensor operates on the principle of proportion, if the float is lighter than the liquid to measure, the float will rise. The rise or fall of the float corresponding to the liquid level will be converted into an electrical signal to control the relevant application such as: Display set, pump, valve, horn light … Classification of Magnetic float level sensor: Pipe float sensor: Inside the float has permanent magnets, buoys up and down along the guide pile, inside the pile is contact or roll from the fake. The output signal can be ON/OFF, Analog, RS485 … Flank mounting buoy (nodding series): When the buoy changes position, the lever arm changes and closes the contact opening of the sensor. Capacitance Level sensor
Capacitance Level sensor divided into 2 types. Position-based level alarm type (also known as ON/OFF level alarm switch): on the sensor’s probe there will be 2 electrolys, when there is no or no material, the voltage is different, the sensor will notify the corresponding ON/OFF. Continuous level alarm type: The probe is 1 electrolye, the tank / tank city is the 2nd electrolye. When the tank is empty, the electrolystition value is recorded, how much the material increases, the electrolysted value changes to which the sensor produces the corresponding signal. Radar, Ultrasonic Level Sensor
The Ultrasonic and Radar level sensors are generally both 1 wave or pulsed from the sensor head to the surface of the material. Waves, pulses reflect back at a certain delay time, take that time x speed = distance. Types of Radar + Ultrasonic Level Sensors Ultrasonic type level sensor: Use ultrasonic waves about >20,000Hz. Rotating paddle level sensor

What is an explosion proof device?
