So how does the normal device become an explosion proof device?
Prevents obstructions from being combined.
Fuel or/and O2 cannot penetrate inside. To do that, we can design for sustainable sealing (Sealing, sealing, deep threaded sugar, powder filling, Epoxy pouring …). Choose the method that suits the device.
Prevent sparks (Heat sources). For materials, choose nonstatic type, reduce sparks and release electricity. For electrical circuits, the energy limit so that when operating normally or touching, launching or incident is also not in fire.
The above methods must be safe even when the device has a problem. Depending on the method, safety and environment, the equipment is classified as an explosion room.
