Liquid/solid level switch are point type level sensors. The control signal gives an ON/OFF form. Its application is often used in full, shallow reporting.
Common types of liquid/solid switches:
Float-type liquid level switch: Pilefloat mounted on top of tank, rib-mounted float or wire float.
Rotating wing solids level alarm: The engine rotates in sync with the rotating wing. When the material level hits the rotating wing, the sensor will signal the on/off form.
Report the level of solids and liquids of the electrolysted type: 2 poles on the sensor will have a certain level of capacity (Zero level) in the air. When the liquid or solid hits both poles, the sensor will notify yes. This type needs to adjust the sensitivity according to the type of substance to be measured.
There are also a number of high temperature-resistant, chemical-resistant, petroleum-resistant or explosion-level switches.
