General introduction
The cockpit maritime shift alarm system is designed to monitor control room operations and warn of other issues that the ship’s driver is limited to if the captain is not present. This system is in accordance with the regulatory requirements of IMO MCS.128(75)
The alarm system for sailors should be equipped inside the technical room and pump chamber. These alarms will prevent sailors from falling asleep and sleeping at work

Structure and principle of operation of the system
The WATCH-2000 includes the main control cabinet, the settings push button box, the sensor box and the alarm cabinet. When monitoring mode starts BNWAS during the “hibernation period” (interval inactive). This period lasts from 180 – 720 s (3 – 12 minutes). When the inactivity period ends not reinstalled, the sound alarm is activated. If it is not reinstalled within 15s then the horn is turned on and the “1st alarm cycle” is activated. For about 15-60s afterwards. If it is not reinstalled then the “2nd alarm cycle” activates. Then about 90-180s, the “3rd alarm cycle” is activated.
