No. 5 – Zero GasAlertMax XT II gas detector

Why need zero gas detector?

The sensor of the gas detector will drift over time itself, it will drift faster when in an environment with more toxic gases.
The gas detector sensor may be poisoned when the user measures an excessive concentration.

Perform Zero gas detector:

Both of these factors lead to false alarm sensors when in a clean air environment. Therefore, we have to zero again (calibration mark 0)
To perform Zero, the machine will simply zero itself when opening the machine. Sometimes it doesn’t work, we have to access it and the calibration item, and only zero because there’s no standard gas cane at the moment.

WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU RE-CALIBRATION THE MACHINE WHEN THE ALARM IS WRONG. ZERO IS JUST A SITUATION SOLUTION TO SEE IF THE MACHINE HAS SENSOR FAILURE OR NOT.
