The pumping temperature monitoring and alarm system for oil vessels is a system equipped according to the mandatory requirements of the current registration. Each pump will be temperature monitored at 3 points: Pump casing, bearing and wall-penetrating shaft, all temperature signals are connected to the control cabinet, usually placed in the cargo chamber to monitor the pump temperature during operation.
System configuration:
- Thermal sensor: Type pt100, explosion room, threaded or reinforced to the surface to need heat monitoring
- Control cabinet: Display pump temperature and alarm when overheating
- Isolation equipment: Ensure fire safety.
