PRINCIPLE

RF-Capacitance utilizes the capacitance formed between the sensing probe and the reference probe or the metal vessel wall to calculate the level of the liquid/medium inside the vessel according to the capacitance theory that the capacitance and vessel are proportional increased. When sensing probe and detected media are fixed, media dielectric constant (Kmedia) is normally bigger than air (Kair=1). Capacitnce for media (Cmedia) increases when liquid/ power/ solid level raise. EB prouduct detects media level by calculating capacitance inside the tank
