Principle of continuous level reporting system for float-type cargo tunnels from Shanghai Rongde
- The system consists of a float deformation sensor from running on a float pile from the bottom of the cargo tunnel up to the deck surface. When in which position, the output of the sensor is at the corresponding level of the comperition, this switch is passed through the transmitter to switch to the Analog 4~20mA signal transmitted to the center. In the center, this signal is reset to correspond to the measured level on the cargo cellar. In addition, the controller allows importing the vault spreadsheet to convert the level to volume for convenient monitoring.
